Rulder is a product of Citzo Enterprises LLC, a for-profit company registered in Wyoming, USA. It turns one verified need into one payment and one photograph of the delivery.
What it is
Most giving asks you to send money toward a cause and trust that it lands. Rulder is built the other way round: a specific person needs a specific thing, our field team confirms that is true, and one person pays for that one thing in full.
Someone reports a person or family in need. Our field team checks the situation on the ground. Only then does it become something you can fund — unverified reports never appear.
You see the cost of the need itself and our 20% service fee as separate lines before you pay. Nothing is bundled, and nothing is estimated after the fact.
We source it, deliver it, and upload a photo. Until that photo is reviewed and approved, the transaction is not complete — and if it never arrives, you are owed a refund.
This is the part we would rather over-explain than let you discover later. Citzo Enterprises LLC is a privately held, for-profit limited liability company. It is not a charity, a nonprofit, a foundation, an association or an NGO, and it is not registered as one anywhere.
So when you fund a need on Rulder, you are buying a service from Citzo Enterprises LLC — we find the need, verify it, source the goods, deliver them and prove the delivery — and you receive an itemised invoice for services rendered. You are not making a donation, and the payment is not tax-deductible in any jurisdiction.
The money splits in two, visibly, before you pay. The Base Need Cost is allocated to sourcing and delivering that specific need; it is not company revenue. The 20% service fee is what Citzo Enterprises LLC earns for doing the work. That fee is how the company stays alive, and being paid for the work is precisely what lets us keep field staff who verify claims and photograph deliveries.

Rulder is operated and wholly owned by Citzo Enterprises LLC. There is no separate Rulder entity, no affiliated foundation, and no third party collecting money on our behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe; the company receiving them is Citzo Enterprises LLC.

Needs are verified and delivered on the ground by our own field staff and operational partners, currently concentrated in Thailand, with prices shown in Thai Baht. Anyone, anywhere, can fund a need.
Every claim on this page is meant to be verifiable rather than taken on faith. The published policies are the same documents, at the same version, that you accept inside the app — the website generates them from the same source, so the two cannot quietly diverge. Delivery photos land in your own transaction history. Invoices are downloadable. And if a delivery misses its window, the Cancellation & Refund Policy says what you are owed.
