Citzo Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company ("Citzo Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the Rulder mobile application and service ("Rulder"). Please read this notice carefully before you register an account or make a payment.
Rulder is not a charity, nonprofit organization, foundation, association, or NGO. Citzo Enterprises LLC is a privately held, for-profit company. When you use Rulder, you are purchasing a needs-sourcing and delivery service from Citzo Enterprises LLC — you are not making a charitable donation, and no charitable relationship of any kind is created between you, Citzo Enterprises LLC, or any beneficiary.
Because Rulder is not a registered charity, amounts you pay through the app are not tax-deductible donations in any jurisdiction. You should not treat a Rulder payment as a charitable contribution for tax purposes. If you require documentation for your own tax or accounting purposes, refer to the invoice issued for your transaction, which itemizes the amount and states that it is payment for services rendered.
Each case on Rulder has a Base Need Cost, determined by Citzo Enterprises LLC or its category defaults, intended to realistically cover the stated need. When you fund a case, you pay: (a) the Base Need Cost, which is passed through toward sourcing and delivering that need, and (b) a service fee, currently twenty percent (20%) of the Base Need Cost, which is Citzo Enterprises LLC's fee for sourcing, verification, delivery, and proof-of-delivery services. Both amounts are shown to you, itemized, before you confirm payment.
Only the service fee is revenue to Citzo Enterprises LLC. The Base Need Cost portion is not company revenue — it is allocated toward fulfilling the specific need associated with your transaction.
You are purchasing a service: Citzo Enterprises LLC identifies, verifies, sources, and arranges delivery of a specific good or need, and provides you with photographic proof of delivery once complete. This is comparable to paying a company to procure and deliver a physical good or service on your behalf — it is not a gift, grant, or donation to any individual or organization.
