Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Rulder account and profile at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens to your data.

Delete it from the app

  1. Open Rulder and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is erased and you are signed out immediately.

Or request it by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership before erasing anything.

What gets deleted

Your account, your profile (name and photo), and your leaderboard presence are permanently removed. You cannot sign in again with that account.

What is kept, and why

Records of payments you already made are retained without your name. Accounting, tax and anti-fraud rules require Citzo Enterprises LLC to keep transaction records for a statutory period, so these are anonymised rather than erased. Proof-of-delivery photos relate to the beneficiary rather than to you and are governed by the Image & Video Use and Consent Policy.

Deletion is permanent

There is no undo and no recovery window. If you only want to stop appearing publicly, turn off Show me on the leaderboard in the app instead — that keeps your account but hides your giving.
