What Rulder emails you, how you ended up on the list, and exactly how to stop any of it.
You typed your address into the Rulder signup form yourself, and then clicked the link in our verification email — your account does not become active until you do. That is the only way an address enters our system. We never buy, rent, or import mailing lists, and staff cannot add an address on someone else’s behalf.
Service email — sent because you did something that needs a record: address verification, a password reset you asked for, payment receipts and invoices, delivery and proof-of-delivery notices, refund confirmations, security notices, status changes on a need you reported, and notice when a policy version changes.
Optional email — occasional product updates. Off unless you switch it on, never required to use Rulder, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
We do not run advertising campaigns by email and we never email on behalf of anyone else. Community announcements go out as push notifications, which you control in your device’s notification settings.
Whichever route you take, it is honoured immediately.
Service email keeps running while your account is open, because it is your record of what you paid for and what you are owed. If you want no email from us at all, delete your account — from Profile in the app or here — and sending stops completely.
That is enough on its own. A spam complaint suppresses your address for every kind of message immediately, including anything you had previously opted into. We will not email you to ask why, and the address stays suppressed until you verify it again yourself from inside the app.
If your mailbox rejects a message permanently, we stop sending to that address on the first bounce rather than retrying. To start receiving receipts again, open Rulder and enter a working address, then confirm it from the verification email.
Forward it, with full headers, to [email protected]. We investigate every report and reply. If it came from us, we suppress the address and fix the cause; if our domain was spoofed, we act on it through our DMARC reporting.
The binding version of all of this — including how our sending domain is authenticated and how we handle bounce and complaint rates — is the Email & Communications Policy. Rulder email is sent by Citzo Enterprises LLC, Wyoming, USA.
