This statement applies to any Rulder user who submits a "Report a Need" ("Reporter," "you"). By submitting a report, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
A report is a claim that a specific, identifiable person or family has a genuine need that Rulder may be able to help fulfill. It is not itself a funded case — every report is reviewed and, where possible, independently verified by Citzo Enterprises LLC or its field partners before it can become a case that other users can fund.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including the identity of the person or family in need, their situation, their location, and any photo or description you provide. Submit a report only if you have a good-faith, reasonable belief that the information is true.
Submitting a report you know to be false, exaggerated, fabricated, or fraudulent is a serious violation of the Rulder Terms of Service. It may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any reporter subscription fee, and, where your false report caused Citzo Enterprises LLC or a third party to suffer a loss (for example, resources spent verifying or attempting to deliver a nonexistent need), you may be held personally liable for the resulting damages.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that it will be approved, that it will become a fundable case, or that it will be funded or delivered within any particular timeframe. Citzo Enterprises LLC has sole discretion to approve, reject, or request more information about any report.
To limit spam and low-quality submissions, you may have at most two reports in "pending" status at the same time. This limit is enforced automatically; once a pending report is resolved (approved or rejected), your quota is freed up.
Submitting a report requires an active reporter subscription, billed as described in the app at the time of purchase. The subscription fee is separate from, and unrelated to, whether any specific report you submit is ultimately approved or funded.
We email you at the address on your account when the status of a report you submitted changes — for example when it is approved, rejected, or when our review team needs more information from you. These messages are part of the reporting service and are sent for as long as you have reports under review.
By checking the box associated with this statement and submitting a report, you confirm that you have read this Reporter Liability Statement, that the information in your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you understand the consequences described above for false or fraudulent reports.
